Department of Indiana Brothers,

Plan now to attend the upcoming Department of Indiana Mid-Year Encampment to be held November 4th, 2023. The Encampment will be hosted by the John W. Foster Camp #2 and will be held at the Newburgh-Chandler Public Library in the Emerald Room. The library is located at 4111 Lakeshore Dr, Newburgh, IN 47630. We will be voting on some very important items at this Encampment. The doors will open at 9:00am CT, 10:00am ET, and the encampment will start as soon as the room is set-up.

We are allowed to have a limited number of people attend via Zoom if they live at an extreme distance or are infirmed. If you need to attend via Zoom, Email Dennis Hutchinson ( 31stind@gmail.com ) explaining your need to attend virtually and indicate your Camp Name and number.

If you do not plan to reserve a lunch, please Pre-Register via email to Dennis Hutchinson ( 31stind@gmail.com ), please list your Camp Name. There are several motels in the area. Please use hotel booking sites to fit your needs.
